Quality Control Manager

JOB DISCRIPTION

  • Quality Assurance
    Procedures: Develop and implement quality control protocols specific to cement production, including testing methods for raw materials and finished products.
  • Material Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of incoming raw materials (like limestone, clay, and additives) to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Testing and Analysis: Oversee laboratory testing of cement for key properties such as strength, fineness, setting time, and chemical composition.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that the production process complies with local, national, and international quality standards and regulations, such as ASTM or EN standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
  • Defect Investigation: Investigate any quality issues or defects in the product, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Training: Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
