BK International Inc, 1 and 2 Mudlot, Water Street, Kingston, Georgetown, old GRDB wharf was leased to BK International Inc. in January 2006 by NICIL. In February a draft agreement was signed. In November 2006,
The lease agreement was signed in December 2006 and BK International became the occupant. Work commences on the wharf as well as the office building.
