BK International Inc.

BK International Inc. is Guyana’s largest privately owned construction company, founded in 1993. As the successor to B & K Transportation and Construction Services, BK has grown into a leading player in the country’s infrastructure development, specializing in sea defense, civil construction, and commercial projects.

The company has successfully completed major projects funded by local and international organizations, including the IDB, World Bank, and European Union. Notable projects include the largest sea defense contract in Guyana’s history, road construction, and infrastructure projects for low-income housing.

BK’s success is also supported by its subsidiary companies which provide essential materials and logistics for its construction projects. With a skilled workforce of over 400 professionals, BK delivers high-quality, large-scale projects across Guyana.

BK Marine Inc.

The Marine section of BK International was established since 1998 out of necessity to transport vast quantities of rock armor and other materials to construction sites in Guyana. This fleet consisted initially of tugs and barges. Over the years, this fleet has increased significantly. The Marine section of BK International then evolved into BK Marine Inc. (BKMI), which was established in May 2001. BKMI’s fleet has a market value in excess of four million United States dollars (4,000,000). BKMI ocean-going vessels are registered to call at ports in the Caribbean, South and Central America.

BK Quarries Inc.

BK Quarries Inc., a key subsidiary of the B.K. Group of Companies, is strategically situated along the Mazaruni River and stands out as the largest and most recognized quarry facility in the Caribbean.

The facility features a state-of-the-art, fully computerized crushing plant that produces high-end aggregates at impressive rates, along with a super-mix concrete plant and a block-making plant that utilizes by-products from the crushing process. BK Quarries also operates a stockpile facility in Kingston and maintains a fleet of barges and over 80 pieces of heavy-duty equipment to support its operations.

The company not only meets the demands of its parent company, BK International Inc., but also aims to serve national and CARICOM market needs.

BK SuperMix Inc.

BK Supermix Inc. is a local readymix and hollow blocks supplier in the construction industry. Our automated batching plant has the capacity to provide consistent quality mixtures at any desired quantity. To date, BK Supermix Inc. boasts its successful involvement, through supply, in some of the major structures in and around Georgetown and continues to position itself as a reputable supplier in the industry.

JAGS Aviation Inc.

JAGS Aviation Inc. is a provider of Charter Air services for both passengers and cargo to various destinations in Guyana as well as international. Utilizing every type of our aircraft fleet, JAGS works with customers to provide the best suited aircraft for each situation or need.

Domestic Operations
JAGS Aviation offers chartered air services many airstrips in Guyana. Most common destinations are Mathews Ridge, Kai Kan, Kamarang, Bartica, and Lethem.

International Charters
We can also provide charters to countries such as Suriname, Brazil, Barbados, and Trinidad

In addition, we provide reliable Medivac services, transporting patients from remote interior locations to Georgetown for urgent medical care.

BK Security Inc.

BK Security forms part of the BK Group since 2009. In that time we have won the trust of residential, commercial, government, and industrial customers throughout Guyana.

Our highly trained Close Protection Operatives are usually recruited from the forces – highly skilled in surveillance and evasion techniques. They can be trusted with the lives of their clients and can provide a visual or low key undercover presence as required.
